What It’s Like

I have not been to this one yet, but I keep hearing really good things from other parents locally.

It is a great option if you have a little one with a lot of energy to burn. The sessions are structured but still feel fun, with a mix of running, jumping, balancing and simple ball skills, all built around rugby style games without any contact.

The classes are split by age, so it does not feel chaotic. The younger ones get a gentler introduction, and the older groups build up coordination and confidence over time.

It is a bit more fast paced than a stay and play, so it tends to suit children who are happy to get stuck in.
