What It’s Like

Rock & Roll Baby runs two Wednesday classes at Radwinter Pavilion, giving local parents a lovely calm option for younger babies in a relaxed village setting.

Baby Yoga is for babies from around 12 weeks up to walking and includes gentle movement, dry massage and stretches. It sounds like a lovely choice for babies who are becoming more alert and enjoy a bit of movement, while still keeping that calm, supportive feel.

Baby Massage is suitable from birth up to walking and is focused on soothing massage strokes and dedicated one to one time with your baby. It sounds ideal for those early months when you want something gentle, slower paced and nurturing.

I’ve heard really lovely things about these classes from local mum friends. My little one is a bit too old for them now, so I haven’t been myself, but the feedback I’ve heard has been really positive.

Session Flow

Baby Yoga includes: Dry massage, gentle movements, stretches, calm bonding time

Baby Massage includes: Soothing massage strokes, baby-focused relaxation, one to one bonding time

Structure level: Medium

Overall feel: Calm and supportive

Parking & Access

Radwinter Pavilion is a really nice venue and a practical one for parents heading out with babies. There’s plenty of space for buggies, as well as changing facilities on site, so it feels easy and baby-friendly.

Parking should also be very straightforward. Radwinter is a sleepy village and, with nothing else usually happening at the hall at that time, you’re unlikely to struggle for a space.

Booking Reality

Booking is required for both classes.

You can book or enquire via:

Website: rockandrollbaby.co.uk
Email: emily@rockandrollbaby.co.uk

If you’re unsure which class is the best fit, it’s probably worth messaging before booking, especially if your baby is right on the edge of the yoga age range.

Walden Weekly Tip

This is a lovely one to know about if you’re after a calmer midweek baby class. The venue sounds easy, parking is straightforward, and having both yoga and massage back to back gives you two gentle options in the same place.
