What It’s Like

Little Ladybirds is a friendly stay and play group running in Thaxted on Thursday mornings.

I haven’t been along myself yet, but it has come highly recommended by a number of mums I’ve been speaking with recently. I’ll definitely be heading over with my little girl in the near future to check it out properly.

From what local parents say, it is a relaxed group with toys, crafts, snack time and songs. It sounds like a lovely, easy morning for little ones to play while parents and carers can have a coffee and a chat.

Session Flow

The session usually starts with free play, with toys and activities set out for babies, toddlers and preschoolers.

Toys are usually packed away around 10:30am, followed by snack time and then story or song time before the session finishes at 11am.
